Shipping Policy



Zebtek will ensure that the products are delivered in excellent condition and in the fastest time possible. Most of the items are shipped for free. For items that require separate shipping charges, we will indicate it clearly in the item detail page and during order placement. We ship to 190+ countries in the world.


If the order is cancelled, lost or un-delivered to your preferred location, we will refund the complete order amount including shipping charges. If you cancel part of the order, shipping charges will not be refunded.*

Return & Exchange:

You have the option to return or exchange items purchased on Return/Exchange acceptance depends on our sellers and Affiliate partners. If you choose to exchange the item for reason of mismatch of size or receipt of a defective item, you will be provided with a replacement of the item, free of cost. However an exchange is subject to availability of the item.*

The following EXCEPTIONS and RULES apply to this Policy:

  • We do not accept return or exchange requests for innerwear, cosmetics, socks, deodorants, perfumes and free items
  • All items to be returned or exchanged must be unused and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact, and should not be broken or tampered with.
  • Only size exchanges are allowed. Items can be exchanged for a similar size or a different size.
  • Exchanges are allowed only if your address is serviceable for an Exchange by our logistics team.
  • In case you had purchased an item which had a free gift associated with it and you wish to return the item, please also return the free gift.
  • If you choose to self-ship your returns, kindly pack the items securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. For all self-shipped returns, we recommend you use a reliable courier service.
  • Once we receive your return, you will be reimbursed a maximum of 150 Zebtek credits towards shipping costs, if self-shipped. This is subject to your return having met the requirements of this Policy.

  • Order placing and Payment:
    Its easy. Log on or Register yourself on the top right corner, you will see Ship To with country flags. 
    Select the country from the drop down where you want to get your products delivered.
    (You can change the country by clicking on the flag on the right hand top corner)
    Explore various categories and select as many products as you want and add them to your cart.
    Enter your delivery address in checkout.
    Place an order using your Paypal account or Credit Card / Debit Card via PayPal and complete the payment.
  • Order confirmation:
    You will receive an e - mail for your order confirmation with product details, along with the order value, shipping charges and delivery address.
  • Order delivery:
    We deliver within 15 Days to any international location. Remote areas as suggested by our courier partners will take additional 5 days.
  • Return Policy:
    For our international orders, we take special care to check the quality of products before sending them. We only send the best products and request our customers to check the size guide / chart and product details before placing the orders.
    Therefore, we currently do not have a return policy for international orders.
